Café Restaurant Stork. Here it’s all about fresh fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Especially fish caught in the right season, sustainable responsible fish.

Stork is a member of the Stichting Vis&Seizoen. We try to achieve that the amount of fish, caught in the right season, will be increased. The foundation’s starting point is that ideal catch and eat seasons have to be followed and spawning seasons have to be respected.

In this way we can help to keep the fish files and the quality will be optimum. To speak of Sustainable responsible fish factors as population, management and breeding or catch technique are important.

At Stork we change our dishes every season. Next to our menu we present our fish and seafood of the day in our fishpresentation tank and lobster tank. During lunch and dinner you can choose your fish or seafood here.
